It's now 15 years since we build a co-living appartment downstairs in our house in the cultural and beatiful area of Kungsladugård in the outskirt of west-central Gothenburg. To the absolut city center is 15 minutes by bike and 20 by the tram. It's 1 minute to the tram stop, 4 minutes to the animals and green area of Slottskogen, 5 to the sea - but you may as well stay and enjoy the cafes and shops we have nearby.

The appartement is fully equipped for five people with semi furnitured rooms, fiber internet, washing and dryer machine, your own entrance , mailbox and terrace and parking on the street. We accept only males in the age of about 20-35 years. We like you to love co-living but it's up to you how formal or not you are here, we know from experience that the greatest living is that with an open door policy - and when you need privacy you just lock your door.
