To Co-live is to have neighbours and friends that you can share stuff, space, time, labor and costs with.

The shared service of water, electricity, internet, garbage bills etc. is called service cost and is added to your rent.

The house

The house is on the top of the little hill we call "Toms topp" on Fjärdvägen 3 with a spectacular view. It has three parking places and with some cooporation you can fit in even more.

History

Tom built the house in the 70´s, he was an excentric gold smith and had his very own ideas.... We bougth it 2014 and in 2019 totally reformed and refreshed it including building two new rooms and added a new bathroom so that it could be a co-living one :-)

Planning

The house is 10*11 meters and a lot of work has been put into making the optimal remake of the excisting house to accomplish a social interactiv and practical solution with as much dayligth and air as possible.

Fika anyone?

. Why not have a swedish fika on Tom's old safe and talk about what it may contain - theres no key... Yes just take a few steps out and enjoy. From the garden on the backside and some of the rooms you have a wonderful view over Grisslingfjärden.

Living room

It's a room for living, co-living! Open spaces between garden, hang out and kitchen.

Eat

To socialize during meal is an old tradition in most cultures. Make the most out of it, all six can easily fit by the big dinner table and if you have guests squeeze in them two.
(But if you dont feel for it just use the micro and take you stuff to your room.)
